FTCL commenced operations on January 3, 2006 providing corporate recovery, corporate finance, accounting and company administration services. The shareholders and directors of FTCL are Maria Ferere and Alison Treco, who have both been in the accounting profession for more than 26 years.

FTCL has 10 full time staff of which 5 are qualified accountants. FTCL also works on a consulting basis with Paul Clarke, who acts as liquidator for a number of Bahamian companies

In recent years the accounting profession has experienced many changes and as a result of these changes accounting firms have become increasingly restricted in the services that they can provide, particularly if they provide audit services. In light of these changes FTCL has made a decision to provide only non-audit services, ranging from corporate recovery and corporate finance services to company management services.
